Last updated: December 23, 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter, "the Terms") regulate access to, use of and interaction with the Chetver platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by:

CREADOR LAB, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA
TAX ID: B21809264
Registered office: CALLE GAFARRO, 10, 46117 BÉTERA, VALENCIA, SPAIN
Contact e-mail: support@chetver.com

Any person accessing the Platform is considered a User ("User") and agrees to comply with these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Purpose and description of the Platform

The Chetver Platform is designed to help users analyse, test, and improve their digital presence.

Through the Platform, Users may:

scan and analyse websites or digital products;
receive structured feedback, insights, and recommendations;
access analytical tools, reports, and AI-powered evaluations;
interact with Platform features available under specific plans;
access educational or informational content related to digital performance.

Some parts of the Platform are available only through paid access.

3. Registration, account and access

Access to certain features of the Platform requires the creation of a user account.

The User agrees to:

provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
use only their own account;
keep login credentials confidential.

User accounts are personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

4. Terms of payment

Certain services, scans, or subscriptions offered on the Platform are subject to payment.

Prices are clearly displayed on the relevant purchase pages;
Payments are processed online through integrated payment providers;
In the case of subscriptions, payments may be charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

5. Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The User may request a full refund of a payment within 30 calendar days from the date of that payment — no conditions or justification required.

To request a refund, the User should contact Chetver support. Refunds are processed within 14 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Refund requests made more than 30 calendar days after the date of payment are not covered by this guarantee, but may still be granted where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Subscriptions and pricing

By purchasing a subscription, the User agrees to:

automatic recurring charges (monthly or annually, as indicated);
the pricing and duration specified on the purchase page.

Subscriptions can be cancelled:

through the User’s account settings; or
by contacting the Company via email.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chetver shall not be liable for:

temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical or maintenance issues;
failure to achieve any specific business, marketing, or performance results;
decisions made by the User based on Platform insights or reports;
misuse or misinterpretation of the provided information;
actions or content of third parties.

The Platform provides analytical and informational support, not guarantees.

8. Rules of conduct

Users must not:

publish unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content;
copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell Platform content without authorization;
share account access with third parties;
use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes;
attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the Platform’s systems.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, reports, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of Chetver or its licensors.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Any copying, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy policy and cookies

All personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the internal privacy policy;
Cookies are used for the purpose of analytics and to improve the user experience.

For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Blocking and terminating access

Chetver reserves the right to:

temporarily suspend access in case of suspected violations;
permanently terminate access in the event of a material breach of these Terms;
retain records of user activity where required for legal or security purposes.

Termination due to violations does not entitle the User to a refund.

12. Termination by the User

The User may stop using the Platform at any time.

Upon termination:

access to paid services and content may be lost;
no refunds are provided for the remainder of a paid billing period, except under the 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 5) or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to the Terms

Chetver may update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
