Basic — if your website hasn’t been checked yet and you have no AI Page: start by removing what gets in the way. Pro — if your site is in order and you want to see how AI bots read it. Max — if customers already ask ChatGPT or Gemini about businesses like yours and you need to know what they hear. You can switch plans later — your website data stays.
What do I need to install on my site?
Nothing for the website check: we read it from the outside. To see AI bots on your site, connect the WordPress plugin (WordPress 6.5+) or the PHP connector for sites on PHP 8.1+ (it needs a task scheduler). On another platform, add the pixel — one line of code; you can also add it alongside the plugin. The plugin and connector see bot requests and the errors they got, except pages served from cache. The pixel only sees bots that load images, and doesn’t see errors. Your AI Page needs one record in your domain settings (DNS). To fix the tasks on the list, you’ll need access to your site editor or a developer. How the data sources work
Does Chetver guarantee that AI will recommend me?
No. Each AI service decides for itself what to read, what to include in an answer and whom to recommend. Chetver shows how easily AI can read and correctly understand your site, which AI bots visit, what gets in their way and — on Max — what AI answers to test questions. A bot request is not a visitor and not proof that you are being recommended.
How do I get a refund or cancel?
We refund the full amount of any payment if you contact support within 30 calendar days of its date — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the payment method you used. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account under “Plan & billing”, or by emailing support: there will be no further charges, and access stays until the end of the paid period. Details are in the Terms of Use, sections 5 and 6.
How do I change my plan?
Email support@chetver.com — we’ll tell you the amount and date before any charge. You can’t take out a second subscription for the same website: we change the plan within the existing one.
I have several websites. How do I pay?
Each website is a separate subscription with its own plan: for example, your shop on Max and a second site on Basic. All websites live in one account.
What is the Ask widget?
A button on your website that opens a question about your business in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Grok. It comes with every plan; the monthly click limit is 1,000 on Basic, 10,000 on Pro and unlimited on Max. On Max you can switch off the “Powered by Chetver” badge. How the Ask widget works
